Bob has owned North Hardin Insurance Agency since 1959. He is proud to say his office is one of the oldest agencies in the area. Specializing in all areas of insurance, Bob and his staff will strive to find the soundest insurance plan for the best price. The agency has won many company awards.

Agnes Yates

Agnes has worked in the insurance industry for 50 years, and has spent most of that time with North Hardin Insurance Agency. She specializes in commercial lines and loves to work with her customers to shop for the lowest price and design their insurance package to fit their particular needs.

She resides in Vine Grove and is a long-time member of St. Brigid Catholic Church. Agnes is very community-minded and enjoys working with the Vine Grove Bluegrass Festival and the Vine Grove Women's Club. Her hobbies are spending time with her family, gardening, and travel.

Fran Rolwing

Fran has been with North Hardin Insurance Agency since September of 2006. She started out as the Office Manager of our satellite company, All Star Insurance in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, but she is now located in the main office of North Hardin in Radcliff. She is licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance and is also a Notary Public.

Fran is very active in local organizations and donates a lot of her time helping others in the community. She has been President, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Radcliff Rotary, and helps with various community projects through Rotary. She also served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Radcliff Small Business Associate for five years. She graduated from the University of Louisville and has 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, and twin great-granddaughters who live in Seattle, WA.

This includes commercial property, general liability, business auto, workers' compensation, and farmers insurance. I came to North Hardin Insurance 4 years ago with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Insurance has many ups and downs, but is vital in the hard times of life to restore our way of life. As your agent, I will assess your needs and build policies that will do just that. My husband and I moved to Radcliff to serve at Stithton Baptist Church, where he is Senior Pastor. We love the communities surrounding Radcliff and serve to help our community in many ways. One of the most impactful is World Changers.
